We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to get the rental you want—especially on weekends and during busy party seasons.
Need something sooner? We can often accommodate last-minute bookings if your item is still available. Just reach out!
Absolutely! If your guest list grows, just let us know. As long as we have the inventory available, we can add tables, chairs, or extra coolers to your existing order up until 48 hours before your event.
 A good rule of thumb is to allow about 10-12 square feet per person for sit-down dining. For a standard backyard graduation, our professional tent packages are designed to accommodate common guest counts comfortably. If you aren’t sure if a tent will fit in your yard, give us a call!
We proudly serve a wide area of Northwest Indiana! Our primary delivery zones include Lowell, Cedar Lake, DeMotte, Wheatfield, Crown Point, and Lake Village. If you’re just outside these areas, reach out to us for a custom quote!
🏠Delivery, Setup, & Logistics
A small travel fee may apply— Delivery is free within 10 miles of our home base in Lowell, IN. Outside of that area? The delivery fee will be calculated at checkout.
Yes! Our team delivers, sets up, and breaks down all rental equipment. You just show us where to set up—we’ll handle the heavy lifting.
Each rental has its own space requirements, listed on the product page. Make sure your setup area is flat, clean, and free of low-hanging branches or wires.Â
We handle the heavy lifting! All we need from you is:
- A relatively flat, clear area (free of pet waste, rocks, and low-hanging branches).
- A dedicated power outlet within 50 feet of the setup area.
- A clear path for our crew to dolly the equipment into your yard.
We value your time! Our team sends a text notification 24–48 hours before your event with a specific 2-hour delivery window so you aren’t stuck waiting around all day.

⚡️Safety, Weather & Professionalism
Yes—most rentals need a standard outlet.
Please ensure a power source is within 50 feet of the setup area. If it’s farther away, just make a note during booking or contact us so we can help with alternatives.
For waterslide rentals, a garden hose must be available and must be able to reach the setup location.
We totally understand—weather happens! If rain or high winds are in the forecast, we’ll reschedule your rental at no extra charge.
If you need to cancel for weather, your deposit becomes a credit for a future event.
Our heavy-duty tents are perfect for light rain, keeping your guests dry and the party moving.
Safety is our #1 priority. Every unit is meticulously sanitized and inspected before it arrives at your home. We use child-safe cleaners to ensure a germ-free environment. We are also a fully insured Indiana LLC, providing peace of mind for parents and organizations alike.

We have something for everyone! Bounce houses are great for kids 3–12, and we offer bigger combo or slide units for teens and adults.
Yes! Some of our larger bounce houses are built to handle adults too.

đź’µ Payments, Deposits & Cancellations
Yes—a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due the day before your event.
If you cancel more than 10 days before your event, your deposit becomes a credit for a future rental.
Cancellations within 10days of the event may forfeit the deposit unless weather is the reason.
